Manchester City were paired with Leipzig and Chelsea drew against Borussia Dortmund in the English Premier League. Conflict in the Bundesliga.

Napoli, the top scorer in the group stage, face Eintracht Frankfurt and Inter Milan are first at home against Porto.

It was not possible to pair teams from the same country or who played each other in the group stage in the Round of 16.
