For NFL teams, getting fans to the stadium to watch games is very important.

NFL team owners know that it is their fan base that keeps them around.

Since fans are the heart and soul of their existence, they want to give those fans a team they will be proud to watch.

Recently, the Sunday Night Football Twitter account posted a chart showing which teams have the most home attendance.

So which NFL team made the top of this list and who else made the cut?

The Dallas Cowboys are number one in attendance

It’s no shock that the American team, the Dallas Cowboys, comes out on top in this picture.

With the team averaging 93,388 fans per game, they pass the next team by over 13,000.

However, some of the other teams in the top 10 list are a bit shocking.

With the Carolina Panthers coming in at number nine, it’s shocking to see a team like them on this list.

Another team to make the cut which is shocking is the Denver Broncos.

Their average attendance of 76,625 ranks them third on the list.

This is shocking because Broncos fans have left games before they were done.

However, teams like the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens are missing from this list.

With all three teams being playoff contenders this season, it’s odd to have them below the Panthers and Broncos.

While they may not make the top 10, they are at least pushing for the playoffs.

If they get a playoff game at home, perhaps their prospects will change.
